The American teen series is a drama and mystery-thriller genre. Adam Milch is the creator of the series. Gabriel Mann was the composer for the series. The producers of the series include Erin Maher, Anatoli Tadesse, Kathy Lindsberg, David Grace, and David Hartle. The executive producers of the production also include John Ziffren, David Babcock, Adam Milch, Gavin Polone, Charles Pratt, Jr., and Nathan Folks.
The series, Twisted, was filmed majorly by cinematographers Teodoro Maniaci, Ted Hayash, and Mark Doering-Powell. Zeborah Tidwell, Courtney Carrillo, and Chad Mochrie edited the series. The pilot episode of the teen drama was premiered on the 19th of March, 2013. The show continued till 1st of April, 2014. Sadly, the ABC Family released a statement on the 13th of August, 2014 stating that Twisted would not have a second season. So, twisted has just one season with 19 episodes.
The series was produced under the Pariah Television, Basement Plays Entertainment, and the ABC Family Original Productions. It was distributed by Disney and ABC Domestic Television. The series was originally released on ABC Family network. The spectacular effort put in by the cast and crew of the series earned the series 5 nominations at the Teen Choice Award in 2013 and 2014.

Summary
The series revolves around the life of a handsome 16-year-old, Danny Desai (Avan Jogia) who just got back from juvenile detention. After being charged with killing his aunt at the age of 11, the teen is now back 5 years later. He returns to his hometown in New York. Danny faces strong judgement from his peers and his community. This made his attempts to rekindle old friendships tougher than he has expected.
When another murder was committed in his class, Danny becomes the prime suspect. As no one was willing to hear his part, he decides to clear his name at all cost while keeping the identity of his aunt’s real killer a secret. A real thriller! You should see it!
