Ready or Not – Thriller, Horror

Action, horror and dark humor, those are the best words to describe this American thriller. Directed by Matt Bettinelli-Olpin, Ready or Not tells the story of a newlywed bride whose weeding night didn’t go the conventional way. The movie was created from a screenplay written by Guy Busick and R. Christopher Murphy. The music of the movie was composed by Brain Tyler.

Ready or Not was produced by Bradley J. Fisher, William Sherak, James Vanderbilt and Tripp Vinson. He soon finds himself in trouble with a jealous duke (Richard Roxburgh) who wants her for himself.

In 1952, Two nuns living in the Saint Cartha’s monastery enter a tunnel to retrieve an old Christian relic. They are attacked by an evil force, a demon dressed as a nun, who kills one of them. The surviving nun, Sister Victoria, couldn’t bear the horrors of her experience. Eventually, she took her own life.

After the Vatican learns of the incident, Father Burke (Demian Bichir) and Sister Irene (Taisaa Farmiga) are sent to Romania to investigate the mysterious occurrence. They would have to confront a malicious force who seeks to destroy the order and spread evil across the monastery.

Crazy Rich Asians is an Asian all-star American movie based on the 2013 international best-selling novel with the same title by Kevin Kwan. The movie was directed by Jon M. Chu from a screenplay by Peter Chiarelli and Adele Lim. Brian Tyler is the music director for this movie. The movie was produced by Nina Jacobson, Brad Simpson, and John Penotti. It also involved Sidney Kimmel, Kevin Kwan, and Tim Coddington as executive producers.
